I recently lost a favorite Silver Forest earring that has been a seasons old staple to my wardrobe–my go to reddish earrings, and was delighted to find out that I could possibly get a replacement. Although they are seasons old, I didn’t hold much hope of your being able to match the survivor. The next day, I found it in my car!!! SOOOO happy!!! Still, it is so good to know that if I should lose one of a recent pair, I can replace the lost one. Now THAT’S customer service, and that’s what makes a busineess successful!!! I was very upset the other day when I went into a Kaiser Permanente Medical Center gift shop, where I buy these earrings, and was told my a new employee (used to be volunteer), management had changed everything and will no longer buy from Silver Forest. I recently lost a favorite Silver Forest earring that has been a seasons old staple to my wardrobe–my go to reddish earrings, and was delighted to find out that I could possibly get a replacement. Although they are seasons old, I didn’t hold much hope of your being able to match the survivor. The next day, I found it in my car!!! SOOOO happy!!! Still, it is so good to know that if I should lose one of a recent pair, I can replace the lost one. Now THAT’S customer service, and that’s what makes a busineess successful!!! I had all but given up on wearing earrings when I purchased your products from a retailer near Joseph, Oregon. I have been buying & wearing Silver Forest Earrings for years, I love them. I was very upset the other day when I went into a Kaiser Permanente Medical Center gift shop, where I buy these earrings, and was told my a new employee (used to be volunteer), management had changed everything and will no longer buy from Silver Forest. The only other place I have seen these earrings is in Naples, FL. The new gift shop items @ Kaiser are purchased by the same company that runs the cafeteria, and several of the hospital gift shops have closed completely. Would love to be able to order direct.

Oh my goodness! I love my new earrings!! I found them at a recent visit to one of the cutest little stores in Mackinaw, Illinois. I always find something there I love and was surprised to see earrings added to their mostly interiors lines. I have short hair and love interesting earrings but can not usually find any that aren’t huge. I was sooo excited to see really different and artistic designs that were well made to boot. I bought three pair and am now planning on carrying them in my interiors store in Rock Hill, SC…(that is, if they’ll have me!! lol)

I first found them in Arizona (Tucson) then again in Massachusetts and once again where I now live, in Portland Maine. I bought several pair of unique earrings over a year ago at my local hospital’s gift shop. My 87 year-old mother (lover of jewely) asked about them and I went back to buy her 4 pair for her upcoming birthday-she will love them.
I echo the sentiments of others: Beautiful nature-inspired jewelry, reasonable prices, great customer service! I also lost one of the earrings to one of my favorite pairs a few years back and had them replaced. My husband and I had taken a trip to the Vermont store to look for a replacement pair when we were informed that I could get them replaced free. I was amazed that a company would do that! I also love the designs and colors and find that they go with everything from jeans to formal wear. I currently own somewhere on the order of 50 pairs of SF earrings and continue to add new ones regularly. I also love the fact that this is not only a “made in USA” product, but a “made in New England” product!

I have been buying/wearing Silver Forest jewelry since I spotted my first pair….I store/display them on a vintage picture frame (8 1/2 x 11), the picture replaced by a piece of screening material. It’s great for hanging, dangly earrings, I just counted 34 pairs of my current “favorites”. I love their colors, and the stones, the corals, turquoise, nothing I have ever seen of yours that did I not like. The prices are very reasonable and the quality is great!

I discovered your earrings about 17 year ago at Macy’s in Northern CA. A few years later, much to my chagrin, they stopped carrying them. Later, I became a member of the Kaiser Permanent Medical Group and was delighted to find them again in the gift shops.
